Simply Christmas: Gorgeous Gift Guide

Midweek and I'm in the throes of work and christmas shopping, not the best combination!

With the school christmas disco fast approaching, and the tree up at the weekend we're well into crimbo mode much to Noah's huge delight. A few weeks ago there were some interesting comments from him regarding the veracity of Father Christmas - horror! At 5 this was a conversation we weren't anticipating having with him for a good few years, but he steadily explained that he thought we might actually buy the presents and pretend it's Father Christmas. Of course we were quick to correct him and explain at great length that if he didn't believe, then the magic naturally wouldn't work. We're not sure he was sold, but now he seems compliant in the mystery and seems to understand that, for now, this is how the game works.

The whole festive period is such a different beast with a small child and with the focus so much on their list it's often the case that ours gets pushed to the very last and sometimes even forgotten. So here is my round up of gorgeous things I'd just love to find under the tree from the wildly extravagant to the practical and personal.
