This week: camping and English country style

Wednesday afternoon and hope you're having a great week. We had a camping adventure this week in the Peaks of Derbyshire, in a pretty village that felt more like rural France than 20 miles from Sheffield. We packed enough food and booze to last us for 2 weeks [only planning to stay for 1 night!] and slept for roughly an hour each, but the kids had a blast. We had a pub tea and walked back to our tents with full bellies like on the best holidays. Our tent was a pretty good ebay find [most of our possessions are currently bought on ebay!], and looked like it had never been used.

The question we're yet to answer is - will we do it again?

Inspired by our adventure and the beautiful scenery and houses we saw I thought I'd try a little English country style. Relaxed knits, over-sized denim and vintage inspired pieces, perfect for a rustic break away whether you're enjoying the rural life or just fancy a flavour of it in the city.

Have you ever camped? I'd love to hear from you. x
